EXPRESS BILL PAY JUST GOT UPGRADED!

All utility customers received an email this month from Xpress Bill Pay. Each month, all residents who have an email on file with the City will now receive an email notification that a bill is available to view online! This email provides a link to pay your bill online without creating an account, or to view your account by logging in to Xpress Bill Pay. This is simply a new way the City is inviting residents to pay online, or opt to go paperless! If you haven’t signed up to receive your bills paperless, you will still receive a hard copy in the mail.
