Please take note that traffic on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, and Thursday, March 28, 2024, will become slow and the City is encouraging citizens to please plan accordingly during these times and allow for additional time or seek alternate routes.
Please be advised that on Thursday, March 28, 2024, from 12 pm-4 pm, roads will be closed at North Ave and Norwood Drive along Cherry Parkway. The Norwalk Police Department thanks you for your patience.

On Saturday, March 23, 2024, Officer Jayson Spurr lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. His obituary is below:
Visitation is from 5 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, for family and friends. Officer Spurr's Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 1 pm.
A funeral procession will follow (see attached map for route) with a burial at Norwalk Cemetery.
