Grab a friend or a few and meet Parks and Recreation staff at Elizabeth Holland Park for a walk around the ponds.  This is a great way to safely socialize and meet new people from the community!

Join us for yoga in the park! Combining the relaxation of yoga and the serenity of nature, we will work on our strength, balance and finding our breath in our movement. All our encouraged to bring a yoga mat/blanket. All levels of experience welcome to come join! Liz Goodman of High Camp Yoga is the instructor.

Water Aerobics

Our aquatic workout is performed in the cool and relaxing pool atmosphere.  Each class consists of a 60-minute aerobic workout that includes muscle toning for arms, stomach, hips, and legs along with flexibility and relaxation exercises.  This program stresses going at your own pace.  All exercise can be performed either high or low impact.  You decide how hard you want to work.

Senior Exercise Class

Everyone age 55 and older is invited to attend a free exercise program that will include stretching and toning.  This program is a regular event that continues all year long.

Circuit/Bootcamp Fitness

This program is designed as a cardio/strength training class. It is designed to increase metabolism, increase flexibility and strengthen muscles. You will discover how to change ordinary circuit workouts into extraordinary workouts. Equipment optional: Jump ropes, Medicine Balls, Bands, Hand weights, exercise balls. Bring a mat/towel and hand weights (optional) Mary Jane Sharp in the instructor.

Cardio & Toning

Early Morning Cardio & Toning Fitness

This early morning exercise class combines cardio and toning. The focus is on maximizing your core strength, firming, and toning your body while increasing your heart rate. A variety of exercise equipment will be used. Bring a mat & water bottle.
