Craft Club
Lakewood Elementary Craft Club (Ages 4th - 5th grades)
Children in 4th and 5th grades at Lakewood Elementary are invited to join. They meet once a month after school on early out Wednesdays to make special art and craft projects.
Registration times: August 28, 2023 - March 10, 2024
Program days/times: Wednesday (Early out days)
Each date listed is a separate Craft Club registration!
October 11, November 1, and December 13, 2023
January 10, February 14, and March 20, 2024
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Cost: $15.00 resident per registration date/ $17.25 non-resident per registration date
Location: Norwalk Lakewood Elementary Art Room
Disclaimer: The Norwalk Park and Recreation Department is committed to providing a safe and creative environment for our participants in Craft Club. We understand that using messy art supplies is an integral part of our artistic endeavors.
Adult supervision will be provided at all times during the art activities, ensuring that participants are using messy art supplies in a safe and responsible manner; however parents or guardians please ensure your child is appropriately dressed for making fun, creative art!
Art mediums used include but are not limited to acrylic paints, tie dye, fabric paint, fabric glue, and markers.
Participants are encouraged to bring a large old shirt to put over their clothes or wear old, worn clothing to art club. If art club is after school, they may be given time to run to the restroom to change if they bring a change of clothing.
