American Ultimate Disc Summer Camp
American Ultimate Disc Summer Camp 2023 (Ages 10 - 14 years old)
Norwalk Parks and Recreation and The American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) is excited to offer an introductory ultimate disc camp experience. Participants will learn the fundamental tenets of catching and throwing, a wide variety of mini-games, all while being taught the basic rules of the sport of ultimate. Ultimate is a fast-paced, team sport which will require your child to run, jump, and throw and participants should dress appropriately in basic athletic wear.
Participants may wear sneakers and field cleats are optional (no metal spikes).
Participants should provide their own snacks and bring a refillable water bottle. Coaches are from the local non-profits, Central Iowa Ultimate and Can Play, they are fantastic with kids and have been background checked.

July 17 - July 20, 2023
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Cost: $150.00 resident/$172. 50 non resident
