Early Bird Body Sculpting

For those of you who get up with the chickens, come join this early morning classes to work on ultimate body sculpting, Pilates, and Chico Metrics.  This class is designed to maximize core strength, firm, and tone your butt, thighs, and arms.  The class will use dumbbells and dyna bands.  Bring a mat/towel, hand weights are optional.  This is offered as a 1 class per week or 2 per week program for a 7 weeks session.  Mary Jane Sharp is the instructor.  Located at Norwalk Easter Public Library.

Circuit/Bootcamp Fitness

This is currently being taught online.  Before the session begins you will receive instructions with the Google Meet information and log in.

This program is designed as a cardio/strength training class. It is designed to increase metabolism, increase flexibility and strengthen muscles. You will discover how to change ordinary circuit workouts into extraordinary workouts. Equipment optional: Jump ropes, Medicine Balls, Bands, Hand weights, exercise balls. Bring a mat/towel and hand weights (optional) Mary Jane Sharp in the instructor. Located online at this time.

Everyone age 55 and older is invited to attend a free exercise program that will include stretching and toning.  This program is a regular event that continues all year long.

Water Aerobics

Our aquatic workout is performed in the cool and relaxing pool atmosphere.  Each class consists of a 60-minute aerobic workout that includes muscle toning for arms, stomach, hips, and legs along with flexibility and relaxation exercises.  This program stresses going at your own pace.  All exercise can be performed either high or low impact.  You decide how hard you want to work.  Mary Jane Sharp is the instructor.  Located at Norwalk Aquatic Center.
