Morning sessions are followed by open play time.
Baby Time, Mondays @ 10:30 AM
A special story time for babies up to about 18th months and their grownups.
Learn lots of songs, rhymes, and bounces!

Reading Time, Tuesdays at 10:30 AM
This story-time focuses on books and pre-reading skills.
We'll share books, songs, felt boards, puppets, and more!

Rhyme Time, Thursdays at 10:30 AM
This story time focuses on songs and rhymes.  
Shake shakers, sing, move and read some short books!

Pajama Time, 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 7:00 PM
Join us in the evening to read funny stories.  
Great for all ages, pajamas welcome.

Art Explorers

First Fridays, 11:00-11:45 AM

An open-ended art program recommended for
ages 1-4 and their caregivers. Varied activities,
including paint, so dress accordingly!

Movie and Popcorn: The Kid Who Would Be King
Mon. January 20th, 1:00 PM
On a day Norwalk Schools are out, enjoy a
free movie projected in the Community Room,
and popcorn! We'll be showing The Kid Who
Would Be King (2019) - PG, 2 hrs.

Spring Break: THE SEQUEL: we're showinga sequel every day during spring break!All movies are rated PG.

3rd-5th Grade Breakout Room
Mon. February 24th, 4:00 or 5:00 PM
Work together as a group to crack codes and
solve puzzles in this breakout room based on
the book Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's
Library! Sign up starting Mon. January 27.

After-Hours Game Night
Fri. March 27, 6:00-8:00 PM
Hang out after-hours in the library playing
board games and having pizza (while supplies
last). For all ages: children, teens and adults.
Registration appreciated, starting Feb. 24.

Make Your Own Play Dough!
Mon. April 20th, 4:00-5:00 PM
Make your own play dough from scratch, and
take some home! For K-5th graders, children
under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Messy Play Time!
Sat. January 11, 10:00-11:00 AM
Dig, stir, sift and squeeze with lots of different
play materials! We will have play dough, rice
bins, and more! Open to children of all ages
and their caregivers.

Learn & PlayGroup™
Jan-Apr, 2nd & 4th Fridays, 11AM-12PM
Learn & PlayGroup™ is a parent/child
playgroup designed for parents and their
children ages birth through five.The curriculum
is facilitated by experienced educators and
includes lesson plans focused on socialemotional
skills and language development,
which are essential for school readiness.

Early Out Wednesdays
Drop-in activities every Wed. when there is school in Norwalk. 
No registration required. Great for elementary age children, all ages welcome. 
2:30-3:30 PM in the Community Room

1st and 3rd Wednesdays: Build!
Build imaginative creations
with LEGO® bricks and more.

2nd and 4th Wednesdays: Make!
Make art and craft projects with a
variety of materials.

5th Wednesdays: Extra!
If there’s a fifth Wednesday, we’ll
have a special program or activity.
