Adult Program Guide



A Novel Year Book Club

Novel Year adult book club meets two evenings in the month, on usually the fist and third Monday, every other month. The evening topics follows this order:

  • 1st Session -- Book Discussion @ 1:30 PM OR 6:30 PM
  • 2nd Session -- Film (based upon the book or related topic) at 6:00 PM OR a program presentation related to the book to the book at 6:30 PM

Registration forms and program bookmarks are available at the circulation desk. Book will be provided by the library for registered participants.

 Adult Craft Night

Usually the 4th Monday of the month, adults have the opportunity to try new craft projects while they socialize with other adults. Each month is a different activity and sometimes the participants are asked to bring some materials (ex: wine glass). Registration Required with $2 Reservation Fee (refunded at the event to participants). If you or someone you know would like to teach a class, please contact Adult Services.

Tuesday Talks 

Featured presentations by professionals on a variety of topics that focus on a wide range of interests. These are usually scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of the month. Details are available online, in the local paper, and at the library.

Humans vs. Zombies
Friday October 26th, 6:30 - 9:00 PM
Adults Only - 18 and older
Our after-hours event is an Adults-only program for post-high school 18 years and older.  Humans vs. Zombies is a game of teams being hosted at the Library.  See if the humans will survive or fall to the Zombie hoard.  Snacks will be provided, and there will be additional activities to play and do.  Feel free to bring your own beverage.
